He is known for his leadership insights and experiences gained while supporting operations and contracts around the globe.

EPISODE 1 - PETER GARY

 After serving in the Marine Corps for eight years, Peter Gary began a decade-long career in the automotive industry, where he went on to serve as General Manager for several of the country's leading dealerships. During the late 90's, Peter embraced emerging technology, moved to South Florida and helped launch several highly successful businesses. He is the c-founder of the veteran's foundation Warrior's Haven USA.

EPISODE 2 - DARRELL DAVIS

Darrell Davis is a former Special Forces (Green Beret), leadership consultant and overseas security contractor. He’s worked throughout SE Asia, the middle east the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). Mr. Davis has never written a book or consulted on movies regarding anything he’s accomplished. He has four children, 8 almost 9 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. He currently resides peacefully in Florida with his wife.

 Marty Strong is a former U.S. Navy SEAL, business leader, author, and speaker. He is known for his leadership insights and experiences gained during his military service, as well as his work in the private sector. Aside from publishing ten novels, Strong has also written three Amazon bestselling books on leadership, strategy, and personal development. He often speaks and writes on topics related to risk taking, resilience, teamwork, and creativity.  

EPISODE 4 - STEVE STRATTON

 Steve started his military career at the White House Communications Agency supporting President’s Ford and Carter, Vice President’s Rockefeller and Mondale and Secretary of State Henry Kissinger. After four and half years he transitioned to the US Secret Service. Several years and an election campaign later, Steve left for the commercial sector. Steve was awarded his Green Beret in 1986. From the 80’s through 2000 he deployed with 20th Special Forces on counter-drug and training missions in the SOUTHCOM region.

EPISODE 5 - VINCE MCNALLY

  In this episode, Guy sits down with Vincent McNally. Vincent was a Navy Investigator in Vietnam and then transitioned to the FBI where he served for 31 years. Vince retired after serving as Unit Chief of the Employee Assistance Unit (EAU) of the FBI in Washington D.C. after being the Program Manager for the FBI ‘s Critical Incident Stress Management teams at the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia. Vince McNally has provided over 100 workshops, seminars, and keynotes throughout the world. He is an author, lecturer, and consultant. 

EPISODE 6 - MIKE DINESMAN

  In this episode, Guy sits down with Mike Dinesman.  Mike moved into the Intelligence Field after being Commissioned in the US Army in Aug 1995. Throughout his career he worked in TF INTEL Off & AT/Force Protection Al Gorah, Egypt, Special Forces Battalion intelligence officer (3Bn, 3"d SFG A), Military Team Leader to the Columbian Army, Chief of Collection & Production, NATO Rapid Deployment Corp, Valencia Spain. Mike is now involved in Project Dynamo, a hostage rescue group led by former military, Intel and first responders. 

EPISODE 7 - NICK PULTORAK

On today’s episode, Guy sits down with Mr. Nicholas Pultorak. Mr. Pultorak began his military career in 1982, spending four years in the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne Division before serving for an additional twenty years as a Green Beret in the Special Forces. Mr. Pultorak deployed to Afghanistan overseeing joint targeting intelligence processes for the Joint Special Operations Task Force and was also active in greater Department of Defense efforts to build capabilities related to socio-cultural dynamics and human terrain analysis.

EPISODE 8 - CHRIS ALVEY

 Chris is an Honorably Discharged Army Reserve & National Guard Veteran. He hails from both the Non-Commission and Commissioned sides of the Army. At the end of his watch, i.e., retirement, Chris was a Major, Military Intelligence Branch, Counterintelligence Special Agent DECEMBER 2019. Chris, was also a member of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) where he served as a Senior Counterintelligence Officer (May 2015 - August 2017), Senior Operations Officer (November 2013 - May 2015), Senior Intelligence Officer (April 2013 - Nov 2013), Senior Intelligence Analyst (June 2011 - January 2012). Chris also served with BLACKWATER SECURITY, (GREYSTONE LTD.) - VARIOUS LOCATIONS    JANUARY 2004 - FEBRUARY 2007 

EPISODE 9 - JAMES 'RANGER' ROACH

  James Ranger Roach is a seasoned military and diplomatic professional with extensive experience in Central American conflicts and international relations. He arrived in Quarry Heights, Panama, in 1983, during the tenure of General Paul Gorman, and played a significant role in the Southern Command’s strategic initiatives in Honduras and El Salvador. Roach served as an Embassy Liaison Officer from 2002 to 2021, with postings in Bogotá, Lima, Mexico City, Kabul, and Panama City. 

EPISODE 10 - BRANDON WHITE

  Brandon is  an entrepreneur with 2x exists (so far), lots of strikeouts, angel investor, former venture capitalist, and worked in Marketing at America Online. He was the Founder/CEO of Worldwide Angler, Inc. which became the #1 social networking and e-commerce site for sport fisherman on the Internet. His career has taken him from working at America Online, working at two venture capital firms, starting a CRM company that turned into an intelligence platform and running a software engineering company serving the DOD and other USG customers. 

EPISODE 11 - H. STEVE BLUM

 H. Steven Blum is a retired United States Army lieutenant general. He served as the 25th chief of the National Guard Bureau from 2003 to 2008. His last assignment before retiring was deputy commander of United States Northern Command, where he concurrently served as vice commander, United States Element, North American Aerospace Defense Command. He retired from the Army National Guard on May 21, 2010. 

EPISODE 12 - PAUL BURKE

  Paul Burke is a retired Army Aviator with 30 years of service, combining active, National Guard, and Army Reserve time, entered the service in 1979 as a Special Forces Medical NCO. After a parachuting injury, he completed college and attended US Army Flight School, spending the remainder of his military career as an army aviator. He entered as a Private E-1 and retired as Colonel O-6, primarily flying the AH-1 Cobra, with additional experience in the UH-1 Huey and AH-64 Apache. 

EPISODE 13 - PETER CRITTENDEN

 Peter Crittenden is a retired Special Forces NCO. He works as a security consultant in the public and corporate sector with his work being highly technical; relying upon his engineering background. 20+ years operational leadership and planning experience. Advised US and foreign military and law enforcement in Asia, Africa, Middle East and Europe. 

EPISODE 14 - ANTONIO UCCELLO

 Antonio Uccello, CEO & Chairman of Tersis Technologies. Antonio is a former investment banker, turned entrepreneur who’s now building public company focused on turning waste into energy and valuable resources. He’s on a mission to align profitability with environmental impact and create scalable solutions for a cleaner more sustainable future. 

EPISODE 15 - BILLY TUCCI

Inkpot Award recipient Billy Tucci is an cartoonist best known for his modern-day samurai saga Shi, which has been printed in five languages and sold more than 3 million comic books. Billy has earned the prestigious Diamond Comics Gem Award and has been nominated for four Eisner Awards.  In addition to his own creations, Billy’s DC Comics’ graphic novel, Sgt. Rock: The Lost Battalion, was awarded the Military Writers Society of America Gold Medal for its depiction of the highly decorated, real-life 442nd Regimental Combat Team.  

EPISODE 16 - DAN LAGUNA

 Dan Laguna is one of the most experienced combat aviators in the world. He retired from the Army as a CW4 and a B Company Flight Lead and Instructor Pilot in the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment. Previously he was a Special Forces Green Beret assigned to an A Team in the 7th Special Forces Group in Panama. He was later assigned to a new unit called Charlie 3/7 (precursor unit to today's Delta Force) in Panama that performed special missions in Central and South America. 

EPISODE 17 - DAN O'SHEA

  Dan O'Shea is a retired U.S. Navy SEAL Commander and recognized expert in hostage rescue, counterinsurgency, and unconventional warfare. He served as the Hostage Working Group Coordinator at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad, Iraq, from 2004-2006 and currently serves as a geopolitical/military analyst for major media outlets. He has extensive experience in asymmetric warfare, counterinsurgency, and unconventional warfare. Graduated from the United States Naval Academy (1991) and holds an MS in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego. 

EPISODE 18 - LEE CLINE

  Lee Cline is a 21-year veteran of the United States Army who spent most of his career in the Special Forces (green Berets). Mr. Cline had six combat deployments and spent time in central Europe and Africa as a specialist and advisor. He is a Willian H. McRaven National Security Fellow with BVVC, a venture capital focused on accelerating defense technology that provides the United States with a strategic advantage in global competition.  
 

EPISODE 19 - WALLACE DUNN

Wallace Dunn joined the U.S. Army in 1975, earned certification as a Criminal Intelligence Analyst with Federal Law Enforcement, and served with the Portland Police Bureau Intelligence Division before becoming supervisory Captain of the Intelligence Section for the Regional Organized Crime Narcotics Task Force. He later served as Operations Officer for the Oregon National Guard’s Counter-Drug Support Program, supporting law enforcement statewide, and retired from the Army in 1997 as a Captain.
